  • Jesus is all powerful (Isaiah 9:6)-Isaiah 9:6 (NIV) For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
  • Jesus has authority over demons (Mark 1: 27)-Mark 1:27 (NIV) The people were all so amazed that they asked each other, “What is this? A new teaching—and with authority! He even gives orders to impure spirits and they obey him.”
  • Jesus is the Son of God (Luke 1: 35)-Luke 1:35 (NIV) The angel answered, “The Holy Spirit will come on you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. So the holy one to be born will be called the Son of God.
  • Jesus is God (John 1: 1-5)-John 1:1 (NIV) In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.  John 1:2 (NIV) He was with God in the beginning.  John 1:3 (NIV) Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made.  John 1:4 (NIV) In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind.  John 1:5 (NIV) The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.
  • Jesus is the Messiah (John 4: 25-26)-John 4:25 (NIV) The woman said, “I know that Messiah” (called Christ) “is coming. When he comes, he will explain everything to us.”
  • Jesus is the Judge (John 5: 22)-John 5:22 (NIV) Moreover, the Father judges no one, but has entrusted all judgment to the Son,
  • Jesus gives life (John 10: 10)-John 10:10 (KJV) The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
  • Jesus is the Good Shepherd (John 10: 11)-John 10:11 (NIV) “I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep.
  • Jesus is the only way to God (John 14: 6)-John 14:6 (NIV) Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
  • Jesus is the author of life (Acts 3: 15)-Acts 3:15 (NIV) You killed the author of life, but God raised him from the dead. We are witnesses of this.
  • Jesus is the wisdom of God (1 Corinthians 1: 21-24)-1 Corinthians 1:21 (NIV) For since in the wisdom of God the world through its wisdom did not know him, God was pleased through the foolishness of what was preached to save those who believe.  1 Corinthians 1:22 (NIV)Jews demand signs and Greeks look for wisdom, 1 Corinthians 1:23 (NIV) but we preach Christ crucified: a stumbling block to Jews and foolishness to Gentiles, 1 Corinthians 1:24 (NIV) but to those whom God has called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God.
  • Jesus is the head of the church (Ephesians 5: 23)-Ephesians 5:23 (NIV) For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church, his body, of which he is the Savior.
  • Jesus is the highest authority (Philippians 2: 9-10)-Philippians 2:9 (NIV) Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name,Philippians 2:10 (NIV) that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth,
  • Jesus is the Creator (Colossians 1: 15-16)-Colossians 1:15 (NIV) The Son is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. Colossians 1:16 (NIV) For in him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him.
  • Jesus is faithful (2 Timothy 2: 13)-2 Timothy 2:13 (NIV) if we are faithless, he remains faithful, for he cannot disown himself.
  • Jesus is coming again (Titus 2: 13)-Titus 2:13 (KJV) Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;
  • Jesus is sinless (Hebrews 4: 15)-Hebrews 4:15 (NIV) For we do not have a high priest who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are—yet he did not sin.
  • Jesus is holy (Hebrew 7: 26)-Hebrews 7:26 (NIV) Such a high priest truly meets our need— one who is holy, blameless, pure, set apart from sinners, exalted above the heavens.
  • Jesus is the King of the ages (Revelation 15: 3)-Revelation 15:3 (NIV) and sang the song of God’s servant Moses and of the Lamb: “Great and marvelous are your deeds, Lord God Almighty. Just and true are your ways, King of the nations.
  • Jesus is the Lamb of God (Revelation 21: 22)-Revelation 21:22 (NIV) I did not see a temple in the city, because the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are its temple.
